Pictures tell the true story
They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. During the course of the investigation, our team clicked several pictures which puts to rest the lie that mosques and houses of Muslims were vandalized and/or destroyed. The following are just a few pictures shot on the spot that show the reality as opposed to the concocted media reports.
This is the picture of the mosque at Kutba village which was rumoured to have been vandalized. Our team clicked this picture on 6 December 2013 and neither the doors were burnt nor was the mosque vandalized. See the the following pictures of the door of this mosque.
This apart, some reports also include Muslims who suffered no losses in the riots, as victims of the riots. See below for a sample.
Ayub, a resident of Kakda village whose name was included in the list of riot victims. The fact is that he suffered no loss in the riots. The same is true in the case of Farooq as the following picture shows.
The name on the door of the house is that of Farooq. As can be seen, the house has remained as it always was: undamaged.
